Nikkia McClain - Chief Communications Officer

After several years of helping clients realize their real estate dreams, Nikkia wanted to explore other opportunities that were in line with her personal dreams. Deciding her next move would be to pursue a career in public relations. A very bold decision without having any background in the public relations field. However, she put her knowledge and creative skills to work immediately carving out my path to becoming a publicist.

Anneisha Ali - Marketing Coordinator

Anneisha Ali is a recent graduate from the City College of New York, majoring in Media and Communications in addition to English Literature. With an enthusiasm for marketing, Anneisha is thrilled to begin her career in this dynamic field, eagerly anticipating the multitude of opportunities it holds.

Genesis Bonds - Senior Developer

Hailing from Queens, New York, Genesis Bonds is a lover of all things food, tech, and Black culture. She is a Duke graduate and software engineer, previously at Meta. Before then, she worked as a technical trainer at an intensive coding boot camp and is currently using those skills to write a book to teach the basics of coding. She also serves on the board of a non profit organization, Techsgiving, aiming to make both technology and careers in tech more accessible to Black people.

Christopher Reid- Director Of Finance

Christopher A. Reid is a seasoned professional with 25+ years of Wall Street experience spanning the full spectrum of capital markets, sales and trading, asset management. He has held senior positions at various institutions including Fidelity Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley.

Jerome Bost- Project Manager & Team Lead

Jerome has over 15 years of experience as a government and community relations liaison, managing stakeholder communications and special projects. Jerome is also well-versed in the proposal request process from his tenure with Suffolk County as the designee for the Suffolk County Legislature.
